Jocelyn Philbrook

Jocelyn Philbrook

Founder and Managing Partner

Jocelyn is the driving force behind ICE and a tireless brand champion for her clients. As a digital marketing maven, she has a pattern of success helping companies grow their revenue with online marketing strategy and execution. Her ability to bridge creativity and analytical thinking has helped Fortune 500s businesses to start-up companies.

Jocelyn’s leadership skills have earned her recognition in Global Telecoms Business‘ Top 40 Under 40 list, the Bronze Stevie Award for Women Entrepreneur, and numerous American Graphic Design awards. Prior to forming ICE Worldwide, Jocelyn was the VP of Marketing and Investor Relations at Sonus Networks and held an executive position at Cabletron.

Her hands-on approach to client projects is evidenced by her proficiency in marketing automation software, including Marketo, Pardot, and HubSpot. Jocelyn is also skilled in  CSS, HTML/XHTML, WordPress, Photoshop, InDesign, Final Cut, and iMovie. Her desire to live at the intersection of data and creativity is always prompting her to discovered new marketing technologies that can be applied to digital demand generation.

Denise Chamberlin

Technical Writer

Denise is a gifted and knowledgeable writer who produces a wide variety of technical and marketing content for our clients including blogs, newsletters, collateral and white papers. Before joining ICE in April of 2013, Denise worked as a senior technical writer, marketing writer and documentation manager for companies developing Web applications and solutions, video communications software and hardware and network management software. A few of Denise’s previous employers include Cabletron Systems, Kana Communications and Bowstreet. Denise earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of New Hampshire in 1992.

Kaelene Burke

Social Media Coordinator

Kaelene has extensive knowledge of social media marketing and digital content writing and brings these valuable skills to ICE in her role as Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator. She perceives brand recognition, loyalty and high brand authority imperative to growing a client’s business. Prior to joining ICE, Kaelene worked as an intern at a marketing and advertising agency in Portsmouth, NH where she learned the ropes of the agency world. She is proficient in social media, inbound marketing, WordPress and also has experience with Photoshop and iMovie. Kaelene earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire in 2016.

Zoë Thurling

Creative Director

Zoë is a gifted art director with the ability to translate brand vision into a powerful visual experience across different mediums and communicate that vision to C-level stakeholders. She brings a strong background in both agency settings and corporate environments, where she has helped create and direct brand identities for a variety of international clients, from high-tech startups to Fortune 500 companies. Zoë is also a true multimedia artist, with a vast portfolio that includes award-winning work in the digital, video and print domains.

As the creative director at ICE Worldwide, Zoë guides our creative work from concept and nurtures it through to production. Her artistic sensibilities are supported by a solid understanding of 21st production capabilities, including 2D/3D motion graphics, video wall installations and live video mixing.

Madhavi “Madi” Velagapudi

Graphic Designer

Madi is an experienced graphic designer who brings a unique mix of creative and technology know-how with a strong background in both print and digital media to her role at ICE Worldwide. She has designed and coded everything from websites to visual email campaigns, while working in a variety of mediums in the online and print realms. Prior to joining ICE, Madi was a graphic and web designer at various IT companies in the Washington, DC area producing high end business to business and consumer facing material.

Chew Peng Healey

Asia Pacific Partner

Chew Peng has spent her career helping multinational companies—including Autodesk, Intel, Sun Microsystems, RSA Security and Philips—launch and execute marketing programs around the globe. Early in her career, she was a critical part of the Intel team that launched the retail business, “Overdrive Processor,” in Asia. Her deep knowledge of the AP market is a vital component in ICE’s global tactical capabilities.

Sarah McAuley

Communications Advisor

Sarah has embodied the highest levels of quality and professionalism throughout her career in corporate communications. As the lead advisor in our communications practice, she ensures that our corporate messaging efforts blend simplicity with substance to stand out in the marketplace. Sarah’s unique background includes PR agency work, corporate leadership positions, success with enterprise and consumer marketing programs, on-the-ground experience with driving start-ups through early growth stages, helping newly public companies through adolescence and arming seasoned industry veterans with the tools they need to protect their coveted leadership positions.

Sarah is currently the Director of Marketing Communications at EnerNOC and has held key roles at Shure, Sonus Networks, Citrix Systems and Raindance Communications. She graduated from Harvard University with a B.S. in Modern European History.
